Under this category, there are no price limits on what people can charge.

There’s a psychic who offers NDIS clients “a new pathway to wellness through a variety of spiritual care services.”

She uses tarot cards and crystals… and charges $95 an hour.

“So hang on, we have people charging taxpayers… to see a fortune teller?”
