The National Archives of Australia have released some stunning, never-before-seen images of Australian and British expeditions to Antarctica.

Photographs, lantern slides and glass plate negatives dating back to the early 20th century have been digitised and are all now available for public viewing.

John spoke to Rod Butler, the Assistant Director of Preservation and Photographic Digitisation at the National Archives, to find out more.
