Gold Trip has won the Melbourne Cup.

It’s a first Cup win for trainers Ciaran Maher and David Eustace, as well as jockey Mark Zahra.

Gold Trip’s victory comes after the six-year-old finished second in the Caulfield Cup two weeks ago.
