Officers who pulled over a grandmother after she collided with a police vehicle in Sydney’s south yesterday were shocked by what they discovered.

Not only did the 57-year-old woman return a positive roadside breath test, she was allegedly double the legal limit.

The grandmother was arrested and taken to Sutherland Police Station.

She was granted conditional bail and will front Sutherland Local Court in June. Family and Community Services have been notified.
