Gunshots heard as burnt-out car emerges in Parramatta
Neighbours are claiming they heard gunshots moments before a body was found in a burning car in Sydney’s west this morning.
Emergency services were called to Webb Street in North Parramatta in the early hours of the morning when a burning hatchback appeared.
While police have since revealed they’re treating the incident as suspicious, neighbours are claiming they heard “several pops” moments before witnessing the burning hatchback, according to Nine News’ Alex Heinke.
The situation in Sydney’s west follows an earlier incident after emergency services responded to a burnt car in Waterfall Flat Carpark at Waterfall, near Engadine.
