‘Here we go again’: Another ‘sovereign citizen’ arrested for resisting police
Police have had another run-in with “sovereign citizens” at a traffic stop, this time on the Gold Coast.
A 53-year-old woman was pulled over on December 5 last year for a roadside breath test in Palm Beach and allegedly proceeded to obstruct officers and refused to follow directions.
She was issued a notice to appear and is due to appear in the Coolangatta Magistrates Court on February 13.

It comes after two “sovereign citizens” filmed themselves last week refusing to cooperate with police.
