It’s been revealed by a retired MRH90 test pilot that a number of safety concerns were raised before four airmen lost their lives when their Taipan ditched into the ocean.
Captain Danniel Lyon, Lieutenant Maxwell Nugent, Warrant Officer Class 2 Joseph Laycock, and Corporal Alexander Naggs lost their lives during a training exercise near Lindeman Island.
