A shocking hit-and-run incident involving three teenage students from North Sydney Boys has emergency services scrambling across Sydney.

The boys were allegedly struck by a Honda in a hit-and-run incident on the Pacific Highway at Crows Nest.

Two of the students were rushed to Westmead Hospital, while the third was taken to Randwick Kids all in serious condition.

UPDATE – Police have now arrested a man in connection with the incident.
