Ray Hadley has slammed Queensland Senator Gerard Rennick after he compared the COVID jab to AIDS in a late-night anti-­vaccination speech.

In the speech to Senate last week, Senator Rennick said COVID vaccines were “unsafe” and “ineffective”, comparing the biochemistry process to “like when you’re cooking sausages on the barbecue and you see blobs of fat merge together”.

The unvaccinated senator has accused the media of fearmongering about COVID deaths.

“You’re trivialising the death of people over the age of 85, you complete imbecile, they’re someone’s mother, someone’s father,” Ray said, “How dare you?”

“The bloke is a complete and utter d*ckhead. It’s an absolute disgrace that he has a voice in any way, even in the federal parliament, late at night when people are snoring.”
