As the Scott Morrison texting scandal continues, a workplace expert has shared her tips on how to handle workplace conflict. 

Workplace crisis management expert Maureen Kyne has told Deborah Knight that the saga highlights workplace tension saying, “They are extremely harsh words to be utilising in that workplace.”

“There is a lot of work that needs to be done between the two employees.”

Despite the words exchanged Ms Kyne said, “It does take a lot from a leadership perspective to understand what is the culture that’s actually driving the business.”

“They are here for the people, that’s what they’re servicing.”
