Tech expert Stephen Fenech has joined Deborah Knight to explain how you can still listen to 2GB without the TuneIn app.

From Friday, Nine Radio content will no longer be available via TuneIn.

Stephen has written an explainer article detailing the alternative ways to listen and answered some questions to help troubleshoot transitions.

See below for solutions to transition from TuneIn on specific devices: 

Sonos speakers: Manually program your device to use RadioApp. To configure it, you’ll need to enter ‘Settings’ on the Sonos app, go to ‘Services and Voice’ and add RadioApp as a service.

Google Home: Will stream through RadioApp automatically. 

Alexa: Will stream through RadioApp automatically. 

Android Auto: Stream through the 2GB app. 

Apple CarPlay: Add 2GB app to list of phone apps to be used in your vehicle. Make sure you have the latest version of the 2GB app.

Apple HomePod: Not currently compatible, to be resolved in further updates.

Bose speaker systems: Not currently compatible.

The TuneIn app: Install the 2GB app and stream radio directly.
