Human Nature have revealed they had to give away free tickets to their shows when they began their Vegas residency in 2009.

The iconic Australian band is back home performing their ‘Little More Love’ tour, and popped into the studio to visit their long-time friend Alan Jones.

The band, now a household name, tells Alan about trying to crack it in the US.

“We gave away a lot of tickets in the early days just so people could see us,” says Toby. “Actually, the word of mouth on our show was the thing that really drove the sales.

“Later that year we started getting genuine crowds coming to see our show.”

The band now perform five shows a week in Vegas.
