‘I want to be upfront’: Penny Sharpe to prioritise energy supply
Minister for Climate, Environment and Energy, Penny Sharpe, is making sure the lights stay on and aims to get power bills down.
Chris O’Keefe has said that 25 per cent of the NSW energy supply will “vanish” the day Eraring power station closes in 2025.
“We have very clear priorities, keeping the lights on, keeping bills as low as we can and working on climate change,” Minister Sharpe told Chris.
“My job is to make sure that the energy is there.”
