‘I’m insulted’ – Local rips into Penrith Council for lack of effort

St Clair resident, Ken Mott, has addressed the Penrith Council to help residents cope with the the environmental impacts of the new Western Sydney airport.
Mott explained that the council proposed that the government compensate residents with air conditioning.
