There are major concerns for the construction industry after a series of peak industry bodies say the building sector is “marching towards a cliff”.

NSW Master Builders Association representative Brian Seidler told Jim Wilson the situation is getting worse.

“We’re allowing people in the industry without the expertise behind them,” he said.

“That’s an unfortunate entry-level issue for us as an industry.”
