The pursuit of happiness has led humans to take wholesale life changes, and Gregory Smith knows it more than many others.

Smith went into the wilderness for a decade following years of feeling like a victim of circumstances, before a life-changing experience during psychosis made him return to society and vow to do and be better.

“I’m thinking to myself, there has to be more than this. Why do I have to be on this oscillation or this pendulum? Up and down, up and down”, Smith told Deb of his newfound approach to life.
