‘It is what it is’: Bulldogs CEO reacts to ‘tough’ 2022 NRL draw
The 2022 NRL Telstra Premiership schedule has been revealed, pitting the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs against several major rivals in the first six weeks.
New Bulldogs CEO Aaron Warburton told Mark Levy the club was under no illusions about what next year’s competition had in store.
10 of 12 games will be played in Sydney, which he welcomed as a homecoming after the months in the Queensland bubble.
“It was always going to be a tough draw for us, I don’t think we went into this year thinking it was going to be easy.
“You just deal with it, it is what it is, and I know Trent and the team … can’t wait to rip in.”
