‘It won’t close the gap’ – Senior Fellow reflects on push for truth-telling

Senior Fellow at the Institute of Public Affairs, John Roskam, has discussed the government’s push for truth-telling and treaty.
“Australians overwhelmingly rejected the voice because they didn’t want [us] to be divided. Australians want to bridge the gap, but truth telling won’t do it. Reparations won’t do it…”.
“We need to focus on things that are on the ground. We need to focus on education and employment”.
