‘It’s out of control’: Minister responds to failing foster care system
A new report has highlighted a serious child protection problem in New South Wales, revealing that the state is short by at least 600 foster carers to provide care for children who cannot safely live at home.
Mark Levy spoke with Child Psychologist Clare Rowe and long-time foster carer Tess to analyse the shocking report, while Kate Washington, the Minister for Family and Communities, joined the discussion.
