Liberal candidate Katherine Deves has joined Ben Fordham live in studio after her controversial transgender comments.

The Warringah candidate has come under fire after she compared her advocacy for women’s sport to the holocaust.

Ms Deves told Ben despite the negative pile-on, she never thought about quitting.

“I wouldn’t have stood up if I didn’t believe I had a chance to win.”
