Killer whales grace ‘The Humpback Highway’
Whale watching season has kicked off in NSW.
From May to November every year, more than 30,000 whales travel up and down the NSW coast, dubbed ‘The Humpback Highway’.
A pair of killer whales have already been spotted swimming along the Sapphire Coastline, just metres from the shore.
RARE SIGHTING: A pod of Killer Whales have been spotted VERY close to shore on NSW’s south coast.
The group of orcas were captured frolicking just metres from the Sapphire Coastline.

Whale expert Dr Vanessa Pirotta told Ben Fordham humpback whales will be more common.
