‘Leichhardt not The Louvre!’: Chris Minns floats “Parisian-style” apartment blocks
There’s many different ideas and ways to fix the housing crisis, but few will amuse voters quite like Chris Minns and his “Parisian” approach to the problem.
Minns has called for Parisian-style apartment blocks to help fill the gap, alongside a bizarre spiel about French history. Chris O’Keefe took the Planning Minister Paul Scully to task over what exactly this means.
“Parisian-style architecture? Pull the other one… just change the zonings, change the processes, and get on with it!” Chris O’Keefe said of the Francophile suggestion.
