A Liberal MP has addressed the Ukrainian President’s stern warning to the Australian Parliament.

Volodymyr Zelensky said Russia needs to be stopped or the security of the entire world will be at risk.

The President suggested the world should have done more after Russia’s downing of Malaysian Airlines MH17.

Australia has announced an extra $25 million in military support for Ukraine in addition to extra tariffs on Russia.

Member for Wentworth Dave Sharma told Ben Fordham “our hearts are very deeply involved in this conflict”.

“Whatever he needs we need to be looking to provide.”
