Ray Hadley updated listeners about a case involving a woman who faced license denial after multiple road offences were committed by the thief of her stolen car.

Despite the NSW police providing evidence of these offences committed by the thief, Service NSW refused to reinstate her license until Ray Hadley and the Minister stepped in.
