Ray Hadley has been sent a photo of a horror crash in Sydney’s north-west.

Listener Gerald Forbes has sent in the image of the crashed car after a woman was charged with high-range drink-driving when she crashed her car with a child in the backseat.

The 30-year-old woman was driving through Kellyville on Tuesday night when her car crashed into the back of a parked truck.

When officers attended the scene they found the woman allegedly walking away, carrying the child.

The police struggled to pry the four-year-old child from the woman who allegedly returned a breath analysis reading of 0.172.
