Chris O’Keefe has cast his eye and revealed why he believes there are “major hurdles to overcome” for all parties involved, following the confirmation by New South Wales Premier Chris Minns that Rosehill Racecourse will be replaced with 25,000 new homes. 

“I would be restrained in placing any bets on this happening just yet because I think there are many, major hurdles to overcome,” he said.
