Malcolm Turnbull has hit ‘a whole new low’: Peta Credlin

Malcolm Turnbull has attracted criticism after joining French President Emmanuel Macron in branding Prime Minister Scott Morrison a liar.

Sky News commentator Peta Credlin was “incredibly disappointed” the former prime minister has taken France’s side in the stoush “against our own country”.

“That’s a whole new level of low,” she told Jim Wilson.

“The longer he keeps going, the more people understand just half of what went on behind closed doors when he was in Canberra.”

Ms Credlin believes Mr Turnbull’s membership of the Liberal Party is now untenable.

“The Liberal Party is too dignified to tear it up, but he should resign.”
