A man has died in a workplace accident at the Tip Top bread factory in Chullora. 

NSW Police say the incident happened just after 4am on Thursday.

Inquiries continue.

2GB Breakfast listeners have told Ben Fordham they have not received their usual bread deliveries this morning.

Update: Tip Top has provided 2GB with the below statement.

An incident has occurred at our Chullora manufacturing site that has paused operations and will impact deliveries tomorrow and over the weekend.

Friday 25 th November – there will be no deliveries.

Saturday 26 th November – we have limited capacity and will therefore be unable to assist with any order adjustments to Saturday deliveries.

If there are any further changes to your delivery schedule, additional communication will be provided.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and support during this time.
