Michael McLaren urges the government to listen to the public over immigration
Michael McLaren has weighed in on the recent uptick in immigration questioning why the government appears to ignore the general public’s opinion.
He notes there are many examples which proves the public prefers alternatives to high immigration.
“The voting public want their government to enforce border security in every respect, the Australian public understand we need skilled migration to help grow the economy … but they demand that those skills arrive in an orderly and absorbable number per annum,” he said.
