Private text messages between former NSW premier Gladys Berejiklian and an unnamed Liberal cabinet member have allegedly referred to Prime Minister Scott Morrison as a ‘complete psycho’  and a ‘horrible, horrible person.’

Network Ten political reporter Peter Van Onselen claimed to have a copy of the texts between Ms Berejiklian and the unnamed Liberal and revealed the comments to the Prime Minister today at his national press conference.

After the alleged exchange was revealed, Gladys Berejiklian has said she doesn’t recall the texts.

Minister for Health and Aged Care Greg Hunt has defended Scott Morrison telling Jim Wilson, “He’s one of the finest, most decent, most capable, and hard-working person I’ve ever had the privilege to meet or work with, in my life”.

“I believe in the guy immensely and profoundly.”

“I will miss the work with the Prime Minister.”
