Minister says it’s time to ‘get on’ with federal mental health plan
Mental Health Minister Bronnie Taylor said the NSW government agreed to the federal mental health plan as they “want to get on with the job”.
A national plan that promised to fix the mental health care crisis has fractured due to four states and territories holding back in agreeing to the deal.
The Minister told Deborah Knight, “I want to work collaboratively with all levels of government to make sure that we get the services that we need”.
“My absolute priority is making sure that we’ve got that increase in investment.”
