Minns government lose stage one in legal fight against council in Sydney’s south west

The Liverpool council is celebrating a win today after a court voted in their favour in the first stage of legal action against the Minns government.
The mayor of Liverpool council, Ned Mannoun, has confirmed he will question the government and if they followed the ministerial code of conduct.
