‘Muscle up!’: Ben Fordham calls on Premier to push ‘no body, no parole’
Ben Fordham is calling on the NSW government to introduce a “no body, no parole” law.
The state government is being pressured to crack down on convicted murderers who do not reveal the location of their victims after Chris Dawson was found guilty of killing his wife 40 years ago.
Queensland, South Australia and the Northern Territory have a “no body, no parole” policy.
“If you’re not prepared to confess your shocking crimes, you shouldn’t be free anyway,” Ben said.
“This is a way of offering some incentive to killers to tell the truth.”
The NSW Premier told Ben Fordham earlier he would seek the advice of the Attorney-General.
“He should be muscling up here a little bit.
“Dom should just be saying ‘absolutely, no body no parole’.”

Faye Leveson’s family made an immunity deal with Michael Atkins to find out where their son’s body was.
Mr Atkins has never been convicted of murder.
Ms Leveson told Ben NSW must introduce a “no body, no parole” law.
“Someone has to listen to the victim’s voices, we are the forgotten ones.
“The criminals have all the rights … Make it a fair playing ground.”
