But this time, a new twist has emerged in the case against MSC Maintenance Sydney City, with a list of businesses now registered to the company. As Ray looks further into the companies named, many things don’t quite add up…

A customer Service NSW spokesperson sent the following statement to Ray: “Building Commission NSW has received 18 complaints this year in relation to Maintenance Sydney City Pty Ltd.

“The allegations raised in the complaints relate to overpricing, misrepresentation of work and unconscionable conduct.

“Building Commission and Fair Trading are currently reviewing the allegations, with a view to commencing an investigation.”
