Newly appointed Broncos captain ‘couldn’t speak properly’ after announcement
Alex Glenn is a veteran of the NRL, the one club player has been a part of the Brisbane Broncos since 2009 and he’s now been awarded an incredible honour for his efforts.
Glenn was handed the captaincy for the Broncos from coach Anthony Seibold, having taken the armband from fellow veteran Darius Boyd.
Speaking with James Willis on Sport Zone Glenn shared that just how excited he was to receive this honour.
“It’s crazy… I couldn’t hold it back” states Glenn.
