‘No plan, no clue’: Dan Tehan talks shortage of properties in Australia
Australia faces extreme rental and housing pain as the nation confronts a shortage of 106,000 houses by 2027, due to high-interest rates and soaring immigration.
We’re seeing congestion growing in Melbourne and Sydney again, back to how it was pre-pandemic.
Shadow Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, Dan Tehan, says that net overseas migration will increase by 600,000 over the next 2 years and the Labor government has “no response”.
“Dan Andrews is dictatorial and the Victorian people are starting to get a bit sick of his approach,” Mr Tehan told Luke Grant.
“I am confident we can win the next election.”
