One of the Albanese government’s most promising schemes was set to help childcare fees across the country.

Unfortunately, childcare centres have now increased their fees just as the subsidies became available.

“Every dollar of this rebate could end up being in the hands of the childcare operators who have jacked up their fees”, warned James Willis on Drive.
