Notorious conman Matthew Murdoch Mills returns with another heinous scam

Article image for Notorious conman Matthew Murdoch Mills returns with another heinous scam

Notorious conman Matthew Murdoch Mills is up to his old tricks once again.

Ray Hadley has made it his life’s work to make sure the serial fraudster isn’t allowed to continue scamming innocent people.

In 2010 Mills tried to take out an AVO against Ray, fraudulently claiming he harassed and intimidated him.

Murdoch Mills was found to have lied in court and still owes Ray in excess of $100,000 in legal costs… which surprise, surprise, have never been paid.

In April 2018, Mills was living out of a car at Terrigal while harassing patrons of the luxurious Crowne Plaza hotel.

He was trying to flog his latest hoax, Australasian Health & Wellbeing Services – a fake website.

But Ray’s listeners caught him and had him barred from the property.

Now Murdoch is back causing trouble for residents in the Lake Macquarie region.

He’s been making life hell for an innocent woman at Ellebanna.

Murdoch reportedly moved in with the 59-year-old around November, convincing her to let him live rent-free as he fixed up her property.

He then allegedly changed the locks and left her locked out of her own property.

She’s since managed to get her house back with the help of a locksmith, but now reportedly needs round-the-clock security as he keeps trying to break in every time she leaves.

Ray has once again warned listeners not to fall for Mills, who “preys on people with monotonous regularity”.

“If you have any association with the Reverend Doctor Matthew Murdoch Mills you’re assured of one thing; you’ll be in strife, and you’ll have less money than you had when you first met him.”
