“Nuisance” Eric ‘Serge’ Herbert has been charged after protesters blocked traffic on Sydney’s Spit Bridge.

Police found five people sitting blocking all citybound lanes and directed them to move.

When they failed to comply, all five were arrested and removed.

Following further inquiries, 23-year-old Herbert was arrested last night at a home in Summer Hill and charged with breach of bail.

Herbert has been arrested seven times in relation to protest activity.
