One Nation Leader Pauline Hanson doesn’t believe five Labor MPs who have since left parliament over dual citizenship should repay wages to the government.

This is despite herself repaying $3,000 she charged to taxpayers for airfares.

She tells Ben Fordham they’ve made the right decision.

“They’ve resigned, thank goodness.

“They should’ve referred these people, because in fairness to all the other senators and members of parliament who were ineligible.

“Do I believe that they should repay? No, I don’t.”

The One Nation leader says during their time in parliament the MPs were under the belief they were eligible.

“In the period of time they have been here, they have been doing their work. They believe they were members of parliament and eligible to be here.”
