Owners fearing the worst as controversial Toplace goes into administration
A Current Affair reporter Steve Marshall stopped by to talk about an upcoming story on the controversy involving Toplace and Sydney developer Jean Nassif.
It comes after Toplace went into administration last week, with residents in a number of defective buildings, including the Vicinity complex at Canterbury, fearing their homes will become worthless.
“These people are taking a huge risk by putting their hard-earned money into a deposit to move in,” Marshall said.
