2003 Panthers premiership winner Ben Ross believes the squad has pressure on them to win back-to-back premierships.

The Panthers great said losing to the Eels twice during the regular season will play a huge factor in the team’s mindset.

Ross told Mark Levy they cannot tread lightly.

“They did lose two of the competition rounds against Parramatta and that will play on their mind in some aspect,” he said.
