Pauline Hanson rips into Richard Di Natale for blaming bushfires on climate change
Greens leader Richard Di Natale has come under fire for blaming bushfires in NSW and Queensland on climate change.
Strong winds and drought-conditions caused bushfires to rage across Queensland and northern NSW last weekend, with dozens of homes destroyed.
Greens leader Richard Di Natale said the fires were the result of a “worsening climate crisis” and accused Emergency Management Minister David Littleproud of “endangering people’s lives” for not linking the fires to climate change.
These are the real life consequences of the worsening climate crisis. No more excuses. We are in a climate emergency.

But police have already confirmed one of the fires was started by “very young children” and are investigating if others were deliberately lit.
One Nation leader Pauline Hanson tells Steve Price she’s had enough of the Greens leader.
“He’s an absolute idiot.
“I am sick and tired of hearing the Greens go on, on the floor of Parliament, about climate change.
“They’re brainwashing the kids in the educational system with this way of thinking.”
