A-I Systems to help Prevent Bushfires
Artificial intelligence is being used to help predict, detect and prevent bushfires in Australian forest.
Cameras are set up in an area known as the Green triangle, along the South Australian-Victorian border to detect fires.
They rotate at 360 degrees every minute with images then analysed by the A-I system.
Rural reporter Georgia Kondek spoke with Green Triangle Fire Alliance General Manager Anthony Walsh about the outstanding new technology.
