Peter Gleeson, Courier Mail columnist & host of The Front Page on Sky New, joins Michael regarding Annastacia Palaszczuk’s Tokyo trip to support Brisbane’s bid for the 2032 Olympic Games.

The Queensland Premier arrived in Tokyo Monday morning after weeks of uncertainty and criticism surrounding her visit, spending the hours leading to the announcement quarantined in central Tokyo.

It’s been reported that Ms Palaszczuk was pushed into the trip by the International Olympic Committee, “to look the members in the eye” and reassure them that the 2032 Games would be entrusted to a safe pair of hands in Brisban
