Mike is joined by Dr Brad McKay, Medical Expert & former host of ‘Embarrassing Bodies Down Under’, with fresh warnings of using Ozempic for body-image following reports of a  British woman falling ill from taking a “weight-loss jab to get beach-body ready”.

Last month, Professor Stephen Powis, national medical director for NHS England, expressed alarm at the growing number of young people using weight-loss drugs for a “quick fix” to get “beach-body ready.”

Dr Vicky Price of the Society for Acute Medicine warned of increasing hospitalizations due to complications from these drugs purchased online.

Wegovy and Ozempic, touted as magic bullets for weight loss and used by celebrities like Elon Musk, Rebel Wilson, and Oprah Winfrey, have been making headlines.

Weight-loss jabs have already been linked with 20 deaths across Britain, and many
people have been left severely unwell after using them.
