Class action launched against Latitude Financial

Earlier this week consumer finance provider Latitude Financial confirmed that details of 14 million customers were stolen from its computer systems in a cyberattack.

Law firms Gordon Legal and Hayden Stephens and Associates have announced they are investigating potential legal action, over the firms lax approach to cybersecurity.
