Eight women row Bass Straight for the Red Nose Foundation

Bill Woods

Eight women – all volunteer Life Savers from the NSW South Coast – will be leaving Port Welshpool, Victoria on Feb 12th next year, to row across the Bass Strait.

It’s about 320 kilometres – but every kilometre will be raising money for the Red Nose Foundation and one of the ‘Red Nose Mussel Rowers’, Shannon Small, joins Bill Woods for more information on the event and an update on how training is going.
Donations can be made via GoFundme – RED NOSE MUSSEL ROWERS – https://gofund.me/d3ce07e0
