As Russia’s invasion of Ukraine reaches five months, Michael speaks with Stefan Romaniw OAM, Co-chair of the Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organisations and vice-president of the Ukrainian World Congress, who earlier this month joined PM Anthony Albanese to visit the beleaguered country.

A deal signed late last week to unblock grain exports from Black Sea ports to ease a global food shortage has been threatened following a Russian missile strike hitting Ukraine’s southern port of Odesa.

The strikes drew strong condemnation from the United States, Kyiv, the United Nations who had had hoped the agreement would be operational in a few weeks.
