It’s never too late to fix your fussy eating habits
When we hear the words ‘fussy eater’ our minds are often drawn to children refusing to eat their greens at the dinner table. However, research has shown that around 10% of children continue to be a fussy eater in their adult years.
But can a fussy eater be forced to change?
Jennifer Cohen, researcher at the faculty of medicine at UNSW, joins John Stanley and Paul B. Kidd to explain how people become fussy eaters and if they can change their ways.
